Dear inroads community members and allies,

After almost a decade of dedicated service at inroads, Katie Gillum is transitioning out of her role as our Executive Director. We are immensely grateful for her tireless commitment, fearless passion, and vital contributions to inroads and the global abortion rights community during her tenure. With Katie’s leadership, inroads has achieved significant milestones, including expanding this network to connect over 2,500 stigma-busting abortion justice leaders in 120+ countries and building a powerful team that is able to lead, sustain, and expand our work and impact worldwide.

Although Katie’s time as Executive Director has concluded, we are filled with gratitude and love for her work and lasting contributions to this organization and community. She will always remain a part of the inroads community, and we wish her the best in her stigma-busting journey.

Moving forward during this transitional period, we’re adopting a Co-leadership model with Aditi Pinto (Director of Programs and Connections), Christine Wambua (Director of Finance and Budgets), and Kati LeTourneau (Director of Research, and Operations) co-leading the organization with their combined expertise while we begin a search for the new inroads Executive Director.
