We invite inroads members to host online sessions (dialogues, webinars, or workshops) around critical areas of thematic work in the network to build deeper understandings, center experience, and creatively strategize ways to bust abortion stigma.

The goals of these online sessions are skill-sharing and relationship-building. We encourage members to pitch sessions that involve both “discussing” the goals and learnings of a part of their work AND “demonstrating” these through collective activity. As online sessions are envisioned to be mutual learning spaces, we encourage members to take time to plan them out to be as interactive and participatory as possible.

Inroads staff will review the proposals submitted and select only the sessions that fit into the ongoing activities of the network, align with network values and build towards the long-term goals of the network.

Inroads value the time and effort that members put into contributing to the online spaces. We have a sliding scale of compensation for hosting a session, depending on the length and nature of the session that a member proposes to host. While planning for a session, inroads staff and members will agree upon a fair compensation for the work

Inroads will compensate member interpreters and there is a sliding scale of compensation based on the nature and length of the session.
